Just popped by to let you know that after doing LLL and finishing it 3 months ago, I am still maintaining at around 9st to 9st 2lb depending on TOTM etc. I am 5 ft 4 so am now a size 10 and this proves it DOES work ! Honest, I was very sceptical - especially after doing LL, losing 4 stone two years back and putting back on 1 and a half stone of it - and have been to Crete on an all inclusive holiday and am still the same. Just to give hope to anyone wavering or doubting the long term success.X.x.

Way to go Catwoman

I still have 18lbs to go...but am reallt heartened by your post. I have just come back from Skiathos after two weeks and managed to lose 2lbs... never been heard... although must admit to a few tremors of nerves as I fast approach RTM and beginning to woner how I might manager food back in my life. Euuurrgghhhhh!!!

Hi, just wanted to say well done, i have been maintaining on my own as well since may, have sts on a whole but can go up/down 2lb. I have tried to follow the LLL principles, and have tried to keep carbs very low also go to the gym now 3 times a week, although this weekend i have been v. naughty and had loads of doritos and booze (hence coming on here for inspiration)

Catwoman - inspiring. I start next week on LLL, hopefully. I have around a stone and a half to lose, it's been going on slowly over the years, I used to be a size 10!! hope I can do it.

With this post - Catwoman really did inspire me back in July. I had finished Lite RTM by then - but she showed me that it is very much possible to lose a bit more on one's own.
Since finishing on 1st June; I've lost a stone and a half just being sensible and calorie counting coupled with light exercise. I have also carried away some LLLite principles of low-carbing; and allowing myself a little extra on some days; speaking of which: belle83 - don't worry about a 'naughty' weekend! The key is to look at calorie intake on a *weekly* basis, rather than on a daily one. We don't gain weight per se on that short a notice... It's more of a 'Lotto Roll-Over' scheme!

:D

Well done ladies, and a big Thank You to Catwoman for her lovely post of inspiration!
