fat free yog instead of milk on ss+

Hello, sorry me again with another query on ss+ for next week. I have read people chatting about ss+ and the 810 plan substituting the milk allowance for fat free yoghurt to make a sauce eg add curry powder to it etc and add to chicken kebabs and fish. Is this ok to do or a no no. Sorry to be a pain but I really don't want to mess up

You can swap it for 150ml of the Total 0% fat free greek yoghurt.

You can substitute the milk for yogurt but I think it has to be the greek style 0% fat one :) (that's the one I have anyway)

I don't know for sure about SS+ but on 810 you can have 150g tub greek total 0% fat yog instead of the 340 ml skimmed milk allowance. but then the daily milk allowance on SS+ is less (I think) so you'd have to do some maths to work out how much yog you could have!- & sorry Im no help with that!

Great news, thank you. If anyone knows the amount for ss+ I would really appreciate it. xx
