Ive been bad and eaten some chicken, it was only chicken though,no sauce or skin or anything, I just couldnt help myself...

Im only on day 4, have I ruined my diet now ???

Hi Blondie,
Stop, put the food down and take yourself off to another room away from the food. If you stick to it 100% you will hopefully be fine. You have 3 more days to get back into it. Just take care and come on here instead of eating. Wishing you all the best.

First, don't beat yourself up about it. It is very common for people to slip during the first week, (even 3!) of LT. Pick yourself up and get right back onto the LT diet and you may have been lucky not to have been in ketosis yet in which case it prob wouldn't affect weight loss. BUT!!! don't risk it again...

This diet ghas fab results when you stick to it 100%, so all the very best for the rest of week one and your first weigh in!

Hi Blondie, don't worry honey at least it was protein which is better than carbs! Just put it behind you and move on. I can understand why it is important not to eat but at times it has kept me going another day...but i'm talking about a couple of slices of ham and a bite of cheese. I wouldn't recomend this tho!
I guess the danger is getting a taste for food again. I'm not sure exactly how many cals you would need to come out of ketosis? I think you'll be ok...just keep thinking towards your first weigh in
i've sent you a request on fb so we can chat more xx:blahblah:

Hi Blondie

You have had a blip, and you can go one of two ways...either get the taste for food and resolve totally gone or this has taught you a very sensible lesson...

You need to get to your goal and LT is a very strict diet that needs 100% commitment to see the maximum results.

Dont get into the habit of thinking you can eat, say once a week, to enable you to carry on with the diet. It is just not designed to be worked like that to be honest.

It has happened...dust yourself off and start again but be more determined. It is so so easy to take your eye off the ball and that is when you can start to nibble again..albiet small amounts, but it is going to affect your loss.

If you ever feel like that again, which we all have....trust me..no one is judging in anyway, but get on here and tell someone how you feel, you will get all the support you need. One thing,,,it is achievable...it is tough, but it can be done...just see how some have lost over 5-6 stones...in a matter of a few months.

Hang in there and hope you are feeling more in control.

Take care
