Hey, I'm bored.
How is everyone??
We're all getting over this flu we've had, my mum has caught it now and we think it's Swine Flu! No way of knowing though which is annoying. Docs don't test for it unless you're really sick. Gr!
I gave myself the evening off SW yesterday. I've stuck to plan 100% for 7 weeks and thought I deserved to go over syns for once. I felt completely in control and happy, not that horrible "I shouldn't have eaten that" feeling i'd normally have had. Straight back on plan today in attack mode. Used my HEXA/B's loads of free foods but not using syns today to make up for it. And using 5syns tomorrow.
WI on Wednesday and hopefully a STS or 0.5loss
