Well looked on forums and no luck i cant find how to make a damn quiche lol

Been shopping today and got quark and its not a massive one just one that was 55p from asda, now i cant see quark making the quiche very big infact very small.

Ive have A's so can use cheese i want to use tomatos bit of ham mushroom and quark will this do and i no i need eggs but how many and do i need to make the quark thinner??

help plzzzzz:confused::confused:

I use 3 eggs, a small tub of FF cottage cheese and a tin of tuna. Add chopped peppers, onion, tomato and mix together. Cook at 180 for about 20-30 mins. Add cheese if you want to.

You can also make this for a green day with a batchelors pasta in sauce made up and mixed with the eggs and cottage cheese. This does bulk up the quiche.

You can use quark instead of cottage cheese and it makes a smoother quiche, just add the eggs and whatever else you wish to use.

Hope this helps.

I use 3 eggs to half a tub of quark. Don't worry about making it thinner, as when you beat it with the eggs it will thin out.

I cook my filling stuff (I like mushrooms, cherry toms, broccoli - all sorts!) in a frying pan, then transfer it to a pyrex bowl, put the egg/quark mix on it and whack it in the oven for about half an hour.

Sometimes I make the green day one, mixed with wholemeal pasta and that's really filling.

Here's a link to a red day quiche that I'd like to try soon
