Hi

I have decided to do this diary to try and keep myself on track :D I have been doing WW for 6 weeks and I was doing really well but then I had a holiday last week so when I weighed yesterday I have a gain of 4lb!!

I am hoping that keeping track of my weeks on here might inspire me to be good LOL and see where I am going wrong.

Feel free to comment or just chat if you wish ;)

Sunday's food diary 19th July 2009

Ok here we go......

Points Allowed .................. 22

Started out well today with

Weetabix and milk for breakfast (2.5) and an Apple (0.5) for a mid morning snack.

Picnic lunch today so I had Marmite Sandwich on WW bread (1), Banana (1.5), Melba toasts (1) and 2 Snack a Jacks (1).

Spent the afternoon swimming and when I came home is where it went wrong :( We had 2 cakes left over from holiday, delicious cup cakes, DH had one and I had the other, these are from a bun shop so I have no exact points but I am guessing (5).

I also had 2 crumpets (2).

Dinner tonight is Veggies and Roast Potatoes (Fry Light) (4) and a couple of Yorkshire puddings (2)

Skinny Cow Lolly (1.5)

Total so far............. 22

Feelings today...... Didn't really need the cupcake, I wasn't hungry just greedy, but I have counted it in my allowance.

Monday's Diary 20th July 2009

Points Allowed 22

Started today with Weetabix and Banana (4)

Picnic lunch of Marmite SW (1), Grapes (1), 2 x Snack a Jack Jumbo (1), Tesco Raisen Bar (1.5).

Spent the day walking with the kids for about 1 and a half hours.

2 crumpets (2) and 2x Snack a Jack Jumbo (1) for afternoon snacks.

Jkt Pot (2.5), Large Salad and pickles (0) and a Quorn Grill (3) for dinner followed by a Skinny Cow lolly (1.5)

Snack a Jack 1.5

Total so far............................20

Feelings today ....Kept on plan, did a lovely long walk with the kids.

Tuesday's Diary 21st July 2009

Points Allowed 22

Weetabix 2.5 and Banana 1.5 for breakfast.

Toast and marmite for lunch 1, Raisen Bar 1.5, s & v snack a jack 2, crumpet 2, jelly Beans 2.

HM Chips 2 sneaked off sons plate.

dinner Jkt pot 2.5, Salad 0, Grill 3 followed by Skinny Cow 1.5

Total.....21.5

Went swimming this morning :)
 
Wednesday's Diary 22nd July 2009

Points Allowed ...... 22

Work today so lots of food as I get bored easily :mad: Melba toast (1), Aplle and Raisen Bar (1.5), Orange (0.5), Banana (1.5) 2 Apples (1), Snack a Jack (1), Grapes (1), WW Soup (1)

2 x Crumpet (2) when I got home, Quorn Saus Bean Bake (7.5) for dinner.

Snacks Milky Bar (1.5) and Bourbon buscuit (1.5)

Total used...21

Feelings........sat on my bum most of the day:mad:
 
Saturday's Diary 25th July 2009

Points Allowed 22

Breakfast this morning was Weetabix (2) and Sml Banana (1)

I had some Crisps as a snack (2)

Lunch was a Salad (0) Wrap (2.5), Sml Flap Jack (1.5, Packet of Limbo's (1)

At the beach I had an ice cream (4)

Dinner was WW Pasta (4)

Snacks 4 jumbo snack a jack (2) WW choc biscuit (1.5)

Total Used = 21.5

Raisin for snack (2)

Wrap (2.5) Salad (0) and 2 Quorn Saus (2) for lunch

Dinner was Roast veggies (4) and York Pudd (2), tiramasu for dessert (5)

Monday 27th July Diary

Total Allowed 22

Breakfast today Weetabix (2) and Banana (1)

Lunch was a crumpet (1) 2 slices of toast (1), Peach (1), Mini Fruit bites (1.5) and Melba Toast (1)

Today we made some buns, so I ate 2 they were a total of (5)

Dinner is Jkt Pot, Salad and Grill (5.5) followed by a Skinny Cow lolly (1.5)

Total 20.5
 
Tuesday 28th July Diary

Total Allowed 22

Breakfast today Weetabix (2) and Banana (1)

Lunch was 4 slices of toast (2), Bun (2.5) Snack a Jack (1)

Snack was Ice Gems (1.5) 2 Cumpets (2)

Dinner is Jkt Pot, Salad and Grill (5.5) followed by a Skinny Cow lolly (1.5)

Total 20
 
Well done you - looks like you're sticking to your points really well (unlike me!!) I'm sure you'll drop those extra pounds in no time x

Lunch was Grapes (1), Raisin (2), Ryvita Bar (1), Snack a Jack (1)

Snack was Apple (0.5) and 2 Crumpets (2)

Dinner was Saus and Bean bake (7.5)

Evening Snack Raisin (2) and WW Choc Bar (1.5)

Thursday 30th July Diary

Breakfast 2 Crumpet (2)

loved reading your diet diary keep up the good work sticking to your points love it when people are honest (nicked 2 chips of kids plate) lol. this made me smile :D
 
I take my hat off to you. No way I could eat weetabix, toast and crumpets with nothing on them! What willpower!
