Hello and question about CD and swine flu-CDC?

Hi there,
I'm back from hols where I am proud to say that I have kept on track. I even surprised myself! However today I started the day with a bit of a headache and have now got a sore throat and the odd bit of earache. Feeling a bit yucky, but not really bad. I'm on my own this weekend so i am slightly stressing that this is the start of swine flu!

I don't want to get overly concerned or cause any worry but what should us SS/SS+ 's do if we have swine flu? Obviously we are getting our essentials from the packs, but are we putting ourselves more at risk by not eating food at a normal calorie allowance? I am just concerned that if we needed any treatment (worst case scenario obviously) we might not be at our best as isn't that why they tell you to come off it before hospital stays? Is our immunity lower?

I thought I'd just ask as it has been playing on my mind. Obviously I'd hate to stop the diet but health has to come first. Are there any CDC's who have been given the official line on this?

Looking forward to catching up on posts! XXX

Sorry to hear you arn't feeling 100% :(

I cant give any advice on this issue, however im in very very close contact daily with people that have had/have but didnt know 'swine flu' and ive been ok  ive been SS+ for 9 weeks now and well...if my immunity was that low surely id have caught something as its air borne is it not?
