Hi i would like to know how late do you eat and does it make any difference to lossing weight as most times it will be about 8-0pm when i may have a choccie bar or ryvita with nuttella
And have you noticed a difference in your weight loss if your meal or treat etc is earlier i normally go to bed about 11-00pm
