What exercise do u do?

doesn't like the rain!
I really need to do some! Other than the dog walking!
I start a new job in a very rural location on monday (I'm a nanny) so plan to do lots more walking at work but what else? I would love a wii fit but can't really afford it at the moment and don't really like fitness dvd's- I have no co-ordination! :jelous:
 
I walk to the toilet about a million times, apart from that I run after a very cheeky little girl trying to prevent her from putting vital pieces of equipment down the toilet, in the bin or in the washing machine!
 
I have a trampoline which I dump in front of the tv so I don't get bored when jogging on it. I aim for alternate days so anything extra is a bonus!
Also have a lateral thigh trainer but it is weighty to shift about and so I don't use it as often as I should.
I walk too, I push my baby in her pram so hopefully the resistance gives a better fat burning effort.
 
I do absolutly nothing lol. I will of course when i'm on 1000+ plan but for now zilch.....

I've recently started doing sit-ups most nights, only for about 10 mins a night but I can really feel the difference:D
 
Cross trainer for 20 mins daily (did 30 mins day before yesterday and hated it)
Weights for arms twice daily
10 x squats holding for 5 secs
10 x lunges, each leg, holding for 5 secs
Yoga every other day
Am on 1000 now though, so a lot easier to do the above.
 
I bounce around on the wii with the wii fit, my fitness coach and ea sports active. :D
 
treadmill, stepper and swimming are my salvation. Love my road bike too!
 
Walking, I walk the 4.5 miles to the next town along the canal 3 times a week. When the weather is bad I use the Wii and hand weights instead. I also do 100 crunches every morning.
Walking's great exercise, and it's free.:)
 
Wii Fit, Callanetics and weights to tone my bingo wings. Aiming for step and jogging once on 1000
