Hiya,

Just a quick question, can you have a couple of small brown rolls as a HEXB? Going to a BBQ tomorrow and would like something to put my burger into! Thanks xx

I think you can have one wholemeal roll as a HeB Hun....just chesked a 57g wholemeal roll is one HeB or 1 Tesco Healthy liveing wholemeal roll.
