Not really to dissapointed I have increased my carbs quite a bit this week as i have been a little unwell, still feel a bit off, felt really thirsty when i woke up in the mornings! But I have still lost 10lb's in 4 weeks and i am not stopping there. I am going to just take the more scenic route of low carb and continue my exercise programme that i have been doing.
