I'm thinking of buying one of those Power plates and wondered if anyone has got or used one.
Are you worth the money ? or just a waste.
Do they really work ?
Any comments would be really appreciated

I've been told by a number of people including my Personal Trainer that they are absolutely Brilliant! The ones that you can buy are obviously not going to be as powerful as the commercial ones that Gyms have. My Gym doesn't have one which is a real shame, I have found a place close to me that has one, but at £15 for a 30 min session it's a lot of money! Definately want to give it a go though!

thanks Elay. I've seem one of an internet site for £75 brand new inc free p&p.

No I haven't got mine yet. I only ordered it yesterday.
I thought it was worth taking a chance with the web site as the product is so much cheaper here then anywhere else.
We'll see I've asked for delivery on Wed so I'll keep you posted

I have power plates, altho mine were really expensive last year. I used them loads at first and haven't used them in soooooooo long. Got very bored of them :) You've inspired me to go and start using them again, start toning up my wobbles :) xxx

Hi everyone
My power plate came today. On the date and time I requested so I'm really chuffed with the service the company provided considering they have had some back feedback.

It is great and would recommened it to anyone. GREAT VALUE, GREAT PRODUCT

God I feel like a sales woman now.

I'm the same. Could people please explain what they are and what they do for your shape exactly. And how they differ from regular exercise? Thanks

Wow they sound good chick, Let us know how you get on with yours though as I am very tempted to purchase one myself
