uys slim fast was half price in tesco u think it would be ok to replace the lipo maint. shake with a slimfast? im broke.com! fund r low haha! also i cant stop picking at food! i need to get bk on track had a scone today! im on day 7 refeed!!! any tips to get bk on track for tomor! feeling eeuuugghhhhh n bloated!

Erm - i'd be wary. I dont think slimfast is as nutritious as LT. My friend is now having meal replacement bars instead of buying LT as it works out cheaper. I will get the name of them for you.
