guys slim fast was half price in tesco u think it would be ok to replace the lipo maint. shake with a slimfast? im broke.com! fund r low haha! also i cant stop picking at food! i need to get bk on track had a scone today! im on day 7!!! any tips to get bk on track for tomor! feeling eeuuugghhhhh n bloated!

I hope you are feeling better today, If you are on day 7 does that mean you are on a weigh in today, why would you ruin it when you know how good it works? I don't think it's a good idea to mix plans as your nutrients etc would be different. Hope it comes together for you, you have done fantastically on this. Take care.
