My WW day is Monday at 6.30
I have 4 stone to lose and will be in my healthy BMI (just....) !
Ive done quite well but had a big mac today as it was only choice (i know, i know....) anyway know what points for big mac and fries? Also went cinema lastnight and had sweet popcorn (quite a bit) but I kind of planned for that! Anyway anyone know what points these three things are so I can account for them properly? Will let you all know how I get on on mon.
p.s. anyone give me tips on how to ensure that when I log in it goes straight on to ww boards and how to save the ww board and the ww diary board so its easy to just click on em .....? Im a novice! Jude x
