choc whip - help!!

hey guys,

I've tried the chocolate whip (maintainance one) this week made up with 250ml skimmed milk - is this right? there seems to be looooads of it and it's so filling, i can't eat it all!! am i doing it right?!

I think I made it with 300mls skimmed milk, but yes it makes loads, and I find it filling too.

HaHa - yes I was surprised at how much there was. I didn't eat it all the first time I had it either. x

I had mine last night for supper, with fresh fruit made up with 300ml of skimm milk and it was never ending lol. xxx
