I seem to have a problem - which happend quite regularly, too busy doing too many things I suppose........

I eat my lunch and then can't remember if I have had my table or not!!!

So today, I ate one cos I just couldn't remember - DoH!!!! so potentially have had 2!

So, my question is, does anyone else do this or is it just me being a mong!

Believe it or not, they are just sitting on my desk, in full sight but I cant quite seem to put a routine in place (story of my life really)!!

Should I use a protective covering on my chair perhaps????

Ha ha!
At least you remember within the allocated time, im terrible for forgetting and its too late by the time i do remember!

Im really not sure if this is ok or not!! im guessing not!

Perhaps the chair protector might be an idea!

Write on the back of the blister pack the days of the week they're supposed to be taken, you could put mon b mon L mon d etc for breakfast lunch and dinner even. I just tend to use the rows of 3 in the packs so each morning start a new row of 3 so you can see how many pills you have left for that day.

well i read some where that if you take two together it does not increase the strength of the tablet so you should be fine.

What did you have for dinner? If you stayed withing the rules you shouldnt get tangoed anyway hun!!

Althought its not recomended that you take more than the recommended dose im sure one will not hurt you!!

When you prepare your dinner you could put it on side of your plate so you see it when your eating your food??

I'm just laughing as I write this, I'm so un-organised and my desk is like a bombsite... my attention span is like a fly's and god help me if I cant remember what I did 5 mins ago lol... infact it probably only took me 30 secs to eat my entire lunch lol!

Thanks for the tips, I will try to THINK what I am doing, the idea of using the strip is a good one BUT i have a pack at work and a pack at home and a few in my bag.... see what I mean by un-organised!

Have Brekkie at home and dinner but lunch at work.... think I should get my secretary to plan my meals for me :D:D

Survived 3 hours+ so far so far so good (thank god)

Can imagine me being stretchered into A&E with a huge oil slick trailing behind me hahaha
