one of the ladies recommended this last night.
3 x eggs with cottage cheese and tuna or bacon or something else thats free.
then mix it all together then bake it. can be refridgerated when cold.

has anyone tried this?

This is SW quiche and you can put lots of different things in it for variationd.
It's like a big baked omlette and is nice hot or cold. I don't make it very often now because I made myself sick of it when I first discovered it by eating it every day for a month LOL

its lovely, i make it with ham, red pepper and sweetcorn. We had a taster night last night and someone else made it with bacon and tomaoes, they used their he cheese allowance and sprinkled that in too, that adds to the flavour. another done broccali and salmon, that was ok but i not a big fish eater.
I will add to cook it in oven for 1 hour, the receipe says only 30 mins, but i found it was soggy. so an hour and it is cooked. yummy.
enjoy.
