Hi!

I'm so glad I've found this forum it looks like a great place for advise and support and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all :)

A bit about me:

My name is Sarah, I'm almost 29 and I want to have a family, but due to various issues in the "lady department" my doctor wants me to lose some weight - so here I am! I am currently following weight watchers at home - haven't got the guts to go to a meeting yet but I probably will at some point!
I need to lose about 46lbs to get in to the "normal" BMI range and I have given myself a target of achieving this by my 30th birthday - August 2010.

Anyway - enough rambling - thanks for listening and I hope to chat to you all soon!

Hi Sarah
You are right in that you will find endless support here - it has really kept me going this last few weeks.
I think WW can work really well from home. I lost 3 stone a few years ago doing it, my problem was that for me that was a drop in the ocean and when I plateaued for a month I lost motivation as I still had such a very long way to go. Just stick with it and you will be at goal before you know it.
xx

Well we have a few things in common. I'm sarah, 32 and i'm trying to lose weight on my own doing the ww diet, so i can start a family. How spooky is that lol.
The only difference is that ive been refered for weight loss surgery as i have quite abit of weight to lose. Stick with it and i'm sure you'll get there for your 30th. Just think of that skinni mini outfit you'll be wearing when you're out celebrating x
