Another dissapointing 1.5lbs loss this week. Partly my own fault, with nibbling, and TOTM hasn't helped either. I need to lose 2.5lbs next week to hit my 1st target.
 
Still a loss though, that's good especially if you've picked this week! Good luck for next week, I'm sure you'll hit your goal.
 
Your bloated then.. thats temporary :)

I 'only' lost 2 pounds this week, lost 5 last ..so i know how you feel x
 
hun, its still a good result and better off than on and as someone else pointed out you are probably retaining water this week, dont let it dishearten ya and be ready for a bigger result next week, good luck
