I know it is a long shot but does the big directory list any syn values for the Frankie and Benny's menu?

Nope but tbh F&B's isn't too bad to food optimise at.... you can have steak, jacket pot (not loaded!) and sweetcorn for free

What sort of thing do you fancy there? They post a menu on line so you can choose before you go.
