Dessert Recipes

I have seen a lot of dessert recipes which use HEX's.

My question: is the syn's value for a serving regardless of hex's?

So for instance say if I had used all my Hex's for the day and then had one of the desserts do I just count it as the syn's value per serving? or do I need to add extra syns for the hex's as well.

Hope you get what I mean. Not very good at explaining lol

Ok if you have had your HEx's for the day, you need to syn the dessert at it's full value. e.g a dessert that says 3 syns on green (add 6 syns if not using bread as HEXB) would be 9 syns
If you haven't had all your HEx's and they are included in the recipe, then take the lower syn value. So in this case as per my example the syn value would be 3syns.
