Another Weigh in Another Loss

Morning all,

I have been very much a stranger this last month...............heaps to deal with at home and at work but I have kept my head down and kept to my diet and the results have paid off today......I have just been to the doctors and have lost another 8lbs so am over the moon.

Hope everyone is well and the diets are going well.

I will be in touch a bit more now as things are starting to get back on the straight and narrow.:family2:
