Hey,

I've been on 1000 plan for a week now and pretty much ever since I've been experiencing really bad stomach pains.

They're like a really bad griping, sort of crampy. But they get so bad sometimes that I'm doubled over in pain!

Has anyone else experienced this going from 810 to 1000? xx

Hi Hannah !

You shouldn't be experiencing stomach pain like this by moving to 1000 programme.

You need to see your doctor for advice, hun.

Hope everything is ok.

How are you today Hannah:confused:

Feeling any better? Did you go to the doctor?

Just a thought here...When moving up from one plan to another it is best to keep the foods simple and not introduce too quickly a variety of foods as your body may of had an intolerance to a particular food before dieting that you may not of been aware of and due to its absence while dieting you now would probably be more sensitive to it... you now have the opportunity to discover what food/foods they might be by reintroducing different kinds of foods slowly over the coming weeks and see how you react to them.

An intolerance to certain foods can cause cramps, wind and bloating... and some foods can cause cramps followed by diarrhoea nearly instantly.

After being on a clean diet and then reintroducing foods we can normally pin point foods that don't agree with us and show us perhaps we do have a sensitivity/intolerance to certain foods.

Some foods are well known to be “gassy”,
such as baked beans, onions, cabbage,
pulses and whole grains, but what produces
a lot of wind for one person may not for
another. Food intolerances, particularly of
wheat and milk and milk products, often

cause bloating
