IM IN THE 999999's !!!!
I am soooooo excited I cannot remember the last time I was in the 9's.......

So I have gone from being in the 15s to the 9's!!! all in 5 months!!!!!

This CAMBRIDGE DIET ROCKS!!!!!

I went to a wedding on the weekend...in Brighton and we stayed over and went for breakfast yesterday morning and it was amazing.. I sat there with my husband and little boys and had my shake..... and I looked around at other people that were much much larger than myself stuffing in the food and I had my shake. and so pleased I made that choice otherwise I would not be feeling so happy today.. being in the 9s !!

Anyway just needed to share as

Five months...WELL DONE you.
I keep reminding myself of people such as yourself who have done ever so well and in a real short time when I'm feeling rubbish and like the weight's not coming off!

Woohoo, well done Curly, I know how thrilling it is to get down to the next stones, you must be bubbling over, and well done with just sitting there with your shake yesterday.... by Thursday, and official WI you should be well into the 9's.... well done.
 
I have to say that is fantastic and you must be over the moon! - I am new to the site and the diet, still in my first week of Diet and only joined the site today...I think you are AMAZING!

Snap! My weight started with a 9 this morning too. You have done really well, you must be really proud of yourself. I shall use you as an example to my sister. She'd love to lose around 5st but sees it as impossible since it would take too long and she would lose momentum. She thinks i'll put my 2-3 st back on once i start eating properly but i'm determined to maintain and then help her on her own journey. Once again, congratulations.

I have read lots of your posts and have been on the site since you started.. I was excited today to be in the 14's, then I read your news and thought omg that could be me.. I love your slogan..
cd rocks!!! :) I still have along way to go but you are proof it can be done..

Well done Curly, you must be over the moon, you really deserve these results as you are soooo positive! I had just seen your ticker on another thread that said you only had 8lbs to go to target, guess that will be changing some come weigh in day!!!
