Hi everyone, newbie here.
I've just found this forum and thought i'd give it a go. There seems to be loads of advice on here so here i go...
I started going to the gym about 2 months ago and as of yet i havnt lost a single pound, in fact i've actually gained about 3!!!
I think I know why this is and it's my diet. I go to the gym about 4, sometimes 5, times a week but my diet is appauling.
I dont seem to have time to cook all these healthy meals and tend to either get bad food from the freezer to stick in the oven or, worse still, get takeout :sigh:
I usually get home from work about 5pm ish and then i get changed and it's straight back out to the gym and i usually get home for about 8 or 9 o'clock.
I only have about 2 stone (28lbs) to lose
I would like to use this forum as i obviously need help so please please please please help me. Where do i start?
