As anyone got any ideas what is syn free to put over veg to stop it from tasting dry.

A tablespoon of gravy made with gravy granules is about 1½ syns.

Dissolve an oxo cube in a little water and use that, it's free.

A packet mix of white or parsley sauce etc made up with water is about 2½ points.

You could also make a sauce using Quark, which is free.

Check out the recipe section above, there will be some sauce recipe's there too.

You could try Passata, you can get one with galic & onions from Saisbury's, very tasty I use it in alot of dishes. :0)

just give them a spray with frylite buttery thats really good for spuds n veggies

Could use cheese from HExA and mix it through? Or if you're odd like me, some baked beans
