hi every1, i have just done a 8 hour long hard shift at work and i was just wandering how many syns would be in a lamb kebab with salad and lovely garlic mayo xxxx

pls reply asap cos im starving ha ha xxx

hello,
book says lamb doner meat only 28g is 2.5
small kebab is 8
and a large kebab is 12.5 than you will have to add the syns for the pitta as well if you have one,
not sure about the garlic mayo
