Please could someone advise me on the syns for the extra low fat in a mini tub and the basil mini tub?
Ive looked online but cant see it. Im doing extra easy if that helps

The light is 2 syns per 28g so I imagine to extra light would be lower than that per 28g. Not to sure on the basil one though sorry.

Extra light is 2 for a 35g tub the basil one is 2.5
