Hi all, last week I did Stirky's week 100% challenge & it was great to keep me motivated (thanks stirky).
I need something else this week to keep me going any ideas of a new challenge or would people be interested in doing the smae one again
* Stick to the meal & snack plan 100% (no cheating
* Exercise 3 times a week
* Drink atleast 2 litres of water a day?
