weight watchers bread

when i was on ww i used to buy there garlic chibatta bread @3.5 points . Does anyone know the syn value for these thanks

Affraid its not in my book, so hopfully someone with access to the online directory can help

Rule of thumb is to divide the calories by 20, so if it has 100 calories it would be around 5syns, this is just a rough guide though.

i cant find it online but i find ww foods are pretty high on sw and if it has a value of 3.5 on sw its gonna be very high on sw
