in thinking there are 5 syns in m&s teacake (75kcal per t cake ) ?

can't find it on the website. If you look up kcals, protein, carbs and fat (all per 100g), then I can find out for you. I also need to know portion size, ie how much does teacake weigh and what day you are doing it on. Hope that doesn't sound too complicated!

going by the 20 cals = 1 syn id say it was 4 syns
