is this syn free on a green day and if not how many syns per serving: half a packet.
I can't find it online so any help would be apreciated.

I think it may be free, although if it is like microwaveable rice, it will be synned as it may have oil in to keep it from sticking. Can't find it in my book I'm affraid

Should be free on green as it's just rice in a bag!
