It's Friday night once again! Wooo! Tonight the OH and I are having a nice night in chilling and playing games on the PS3 (as you do!)

I was thinking of making some chips later after dinner but what is a low-syn dip that we can dip the chips into? Any ideas?

Creme fresh and chive?

home made salsa (more of scoop then dip)

from frai with a bit of chilli

plain yoghurt with mint

The quark and mustard thing is lovely. You could make your own tomato ketchup or salsa type thing...nice and free

What about syn-free BBQ sauce? There's a recipe in the recipe forum.

2 tbs vlf fromage frais mixed with 1tsp vlf mayo, salt, pepper, garlic granules and dried parsley - delicious
