Chinese take away help please

I was thinking of having a Chinese tonight, am I right in thinking a chicken chow mein will be 7 syns on ee? Also I wanted to have kung po chicken. It is quite sweet like sweet and sour and that is coming up as 8.5 syns on a red day, do you think it would be safe to call it 8.5?

I weigh on Monday and have only used 30 syns so far this week, I should be ok shouldn't I?

Well I am well and truly stuffed! I had my chicken chow mein and kung po chicken and scoffed the lot!

I'm going to count it as 20 syns just to be on the safe side!

i know this is an old post but can i just clarify, as i had a chicken chow mein and it seemed rather a lot, a big silver takeaway carton, are we sure it is 7 syns on Extra Easy?

half of the serving is 7 syns, i weighed mine and it was doubble the weight of what is allowed for 7 syns.

also at our take away kung po chicken has cashew nuts in, which i imagine would push the syns above sweet and sour-just for future reference
