First post here. Only joined slimming world this week but its going ok .. unless I've blown it all by having one of these...
Tesco Light Choices Chicken & Mushroom Noodle snack in a pot. 61g e
I couldn't find the syn value online, and when I put it into the calculator it said 11 syns on red or green day ...
Its seem strange to me because a king pot noodle, which my work colleague had, only comes up as 8 on a green day and comparing the nutritional info the king pot has over 1/3rd more of everything.
Am I going mad ? Have I really blown 11 syns on a tiny ( what I thought would be healthy ) snack pot ?
Does anyone know the syns for this on a green day ?
