Syns in a panini?

My friend made me a chicken/tomato panini for lunch at her house today!
She thought that would be a good option for me!

Anyway, I made sure that nothing dodgy went inside the panini just chicken and tomatos, no butter or spread, so its just the plain panini I need to know the syns for!

I thought maybe 10 or 12?
Any thoughts?

From reading about, I reckon your looking about 10 - 10.5 syns hun. Dont quote me on that though! The chicken you can use as a free on a original day or a HEXB on a green day and the tomato is free.

Thanks, I'm doing EE so the tomato and the chicken are definately free.
Do you know if I can take 6 synns off the 10 for the panini as my HexB?
Or does that only work for wholemeal bread?
Sorry, still figuring it all out!

I believe it's wholemeal bread only hun. Was it a white panini? If it was then you will have to count it was full syns x

Thanks, Sarah-Jayne, 10 syns is not too bad!
Good luck with that last 3lb!

A generic panini is 12 syns, but it may be slightly more or less if you happen to know the brand. No deduction for HexB unfortunately!
