I would suggest you going on Simple until you lose the 8lbs. You could start healthy, but you mind find that you just stay the same each week as you introduce the food groups. I found I stayed the same on healthy, so have gone back to working to shed the last pounds.
The nice thing about simple is that you get to eat a few more foods on your meal and have more cals, but should still lose 1 - 2lbs a week.
