Don't ask me why I did this - I'm not even sure myself - but I weighed myself before and after having a pee the other day and there was 200g difference. That's almost half a pound!

LOL my other half does that, he also does it after a shower to see how much water he has absorbed lol. Suprising how much a small amount of water weighs!
