my first week.done!

well started last week @13st 2lb been a hard week,not being able to drink lots due to my work,i cant keep running to the loo,but i have lots 4lb and i have been doing classes up the gym,im happy with that i think?
now 12st 12lb :) bring on next week x

That's really good - and yesm, you should definitely be happy :)

Sounds like you're doing well on it, it can be hard drinking the water if you can't just get up for the loo when you need to.

Well done charlotte , Great start , Try to get in at least the two litres if you can maybe a glass at breakfast time , one at lunch and sip the rest at night when you go home. (At least you can get to the loo then) Fills you up as well.

hi charlotte I started at a 12.9 and lost 4 pounds the first week, after that in eight weeks I was down to 10.10, so it does not take long, good luck.

Well done on the loss! That's great! Needing to go to the loo is a bit of a pain, but, I found after a while my body seemed to be able to regulate it for a lot longer...
