I see various people post about 'lost x amount of inches this week' and I wondered, is there a sort of standard set of measurements that people go by?
Eg, I measure the following
Bust
Waist
Hips
Thigh
Calf
Arm
Neck (am paranoid about my fat neck)
and if I total that lot up I have lost a lot of inches in the last three weeks. But if we go by usual bust/waist/hips then its obviously a lot less.
Just wondered - otherwise I'm comparing apples with oranges (or maybe pears)
