My Charm Braclet

It arrived, and I love it! For my weight loss to date I was allowed to have one charm to put on it (my boyfriend is gaurding the rest) and guess what it was? A lobster charm!

I will be awarded one each time I loose 2.5 lbs so when I hit target I will have a respectable number of charms on the bracelet. It can hold up to 24!

I'd really recommend this as a way to reward yourself. Seeing my bracelet keeps me focused and helps me resist tempatin and I can't wait to get it all filled up!

Ooo thats a lovely idea and just think...when you have reached your goal and you are wearing it, you can look at it with pride knowing what you had to go through in order to achieve it.
