Feeling really sick tonight not sure how or why though

Sounds as if you have flu coming on.....keep warm, take paracetomol, get lots of sleep and drink plenty of fluids, hope you will feel better soon, take care sweetheart. X

Oh no that's no good! If you are worried, give NHS Direct a call: 0845 4647. They are really lovely and will put your mind at rest whether they get a Dr. to call you back or come out and see you.

Thanks off to bed now.feeling a bit jumpy as well maybe it too much coffee bought a new coffee today its on offer in tesco and it a posher one

There's a sickness bug on it's way round here. Often happens after a really hot spell. Drink plenty of fluids (not coffee!) and don't overdo it! Lets hope it was caffeine overload!
