Hi this is day one of week one so any advice of where Im going right or wrong would be great :D

Breakfast
28g porridge + 1 scan bran(HB)
350ml skim milk (HA)
Pear
Cinamon

Lunch
Pasta
Chicken
Salad - cucumber, tomato, peppers, spring onion, radish, fresh peas
Honey and mustard light dressing 2 tbsp - 2 syns

Tea
Mixed bean chilli
Brown rice
Veg - broccolli, cauli, green beans
Strawberries
Meringue nest - 3syns
WW dessert yogurt

Its been a bit of a struggle as I dont shop until tomorrow lol

Beef in blackbean (1/2 portion) - 2.5syns

Todays all gone a bit wrong lol

and then it all went wrong

chocolate 12.5 syns
crisps 13.5 syns

so up to now Ive used 76 of my 45 syns so Im 31 syns over :-(

So clawed back 7.5 of my 31 syns over lol
