I think I've lost on my first WI

I say 'think' as I couldn't go to class, I only joined last week after much debating whether to go it alone or join, and after all that I couldn't go.
My mum went to the doctors in the morning and was taken to hospital, she is still in having tests, they say her heart rate is too fast.:cry: So I went to the hospital to visit last night.
I couldn't call my consultant as she is on holiday and I didn't have the number of the relief consultant.
My scales at home are about 1lb different to SW I think and according to them I had lost 4, maybe 5lbs so I'm really pleased.

I have done SW lots of times before but still was worried as I have eaten loads and the last couple of attempts at SW haven't been so good at first but I think this was down to me coming straight from WW and not giving SW a long enough chance to work before giving up.

2 - Well done on the WI results, albeit unofficial
3 - Can you go to another group just to get WI check? I popped to another local group just so I had it down, but it meant I had a 4 day week not 7

Well done on getting through your first week Huni, especially with everything that is going on around you.
Just keep trying to get hold of your Consultant to explain the situation and just think the next time you get to class, you will have a huge weight loss to look forward to.

Keep at it and if I can manage 6 stone in a year (6 more to go), anyone can! You just have to be determined and motivated...come on here when the going gets tough...thats what we are all here for.

Thank you for your replies, I did think of going to another class but I bought a 6 week countdown last week but the lady said I won't get it for a while with consultant being on hols, she said whilst I don't have it I just sign in and write countdown instead of paying, so I think I'd have to pay if I went to another class.
At least I will have a good loss when I go next week!! I'm not sure when my consultant returns home, she was away when I joined so the other lady was doing the class for the last 2 mondays so she may be back anytime this week, I'll keep trying her number anyway to keep her informed.
