1000 losses?

Morning all,
Can anyone tell me what kind of losses I can expect on this step? Is it much different to the 810?

Just wanted to say good luck for 1000 step! I am not on that yet but I know Caroline was doing it and had a great loss this week..
I am sure you can still lose a good amount each week.

Hey, yeah I've had pretty good losses, 6lbs last week, 4lbs this week, and decent inch losses too. Whether I'm just the odd ball, I don't know! But for me, it's still been pretty good!
 
I'll be moving up plans next week to 810 and then 1000 for 2 weeks before I go on hols. Want to still get a loss too, and Caroline, feel better knowing that you are still loosing on that plan. Are you doing much exercise too? Thats something I'm looking forward to increasing as just do toning at the moment and a 20 min walk on the treadmill 3 times a week. x
 
To be honest, so far, no. I haven't done anything much. One day I did some ab crunches and stuff, but not that many. I really want and need to get back into it, get to the gym, swimming, stuff like that.
