Went back to gym tonight for the first time since February, started CD at the beginning of March and cant excercise whilst on the diet and think that people who do are brilliant or crazy or a bit of both lol.

Anyway got to gym and had nice welcome back from the fitness coach there who said "wow you have lost loads of weight you look fab" - even though they dont encourage the diet there you cant help but notice the results!!

There was a lady who was just joining and as it was my first day back I asked the coach if she would mind weighing and measuring me. Got on the scales and much to my delight have lost 66lbs since I was last weighed there and I was gob smacked when she measured me...as I didnt do this this time... I have lost 9inches off my waist, 10 off my tummy, 3.5 off my bust, and 6 off each thigh and boy am I one happy bunny tonight!!!!!

The funny bit of the story was the lady who was joining's face when the coach was saying how many inches and pounds i had lost bet she was thinking boy oh boy this is a good gym lol xxxxx

Hey Julie,
Well done hon, thats fantastic........... I bet it was so nice to be welcomed back like that too you must have felt so good!
Wow how amazing to have lost all those inches.. I have never had my measurements taken so would not know what inches I have lost..

I too have not done much exercise being on cd but went for an induction at the gym the other day and have started swimming to..

Well done you, you must be over the moon and so proud of yourself.
xx

Well done Julie! What amazes me is when you add the inches up and look at how long it is on the tape. It is also quite scary to wonder where that "body" used to be!

That's great, well done!! I really need to start getting to the gym more! I'm totally with you on the measuring though, I think there is more to it all than just the lbs you lose. Sometimes you won't lose lbs but will drop inches, so definitely worth measuring!

That's so true Wales!!! where does our body go and where was it before? yay it's so cool.

Julie, inch loss is what kept me going 3 weeks running. Well done, you've done so well xxx

that must have been such an amazing feeling hun!!!! You've done amazing!!!!
I didnt have my measurements taken, but wish i had now as it would be nice to see the difference...i have still got a pair of trousers that i wore pre-diet and they are huge...i must take a photo of me in them now and post it! lol
Your super hun and a true inspiration!
xxxx
