Monday weigh in.

Hello ..... its my week 1 weigh in today, and i've lost 5lbs !!
So pleased and excited to see more good results !!

Love to hear recipe ideas on Slimming World if anyone has any ....... more the better !!

Great Job!! I have lots 4 pounds also, and it was my first weigh in today too!

I am curious, how much have you been exercising if any? I just can't seem to get myself motivated enough to get off my butt and get moving.. I have just been watching my points. Although 3 days a week I am moving around for about 3 hours non-stop.. but I am not breaking a total sweat or anything.

My diet really started 1 week before the date I joined this site and my start weight then was 18st dead.
Since then 2 weeks have passed and I have lost 10lbs.
I go to my local health club every other day, when I first get there I'm always feeling none motivated, that's until I do some light stretching and do 20 minutes on the running machine, it's not quite running though, I set the machine at 6 miles per hour, in that time it say's Iv'e burnt 100 calories.
I then go on the rowing machine for 10 minutes, then I go on the multi gym and do 3x 20 reps of different arm curls and pulls. After that I go for a swim then a sauna and lastly have 10 minutes in the jacuzzi.
When I come out I feel on top of the world and can't wait for the next session, when I get a bit more weight off and feel better I will be going to the gym every day :)
I'm also thinking of doing a bit boxing training.

PS 5lbs for your first week is great, Well Done :0clapper:
