Average monthly weight loss on SS?

Hi I was wondering if some ladies out there could help me. I am going to a wedding in one month and would like to know the amount most people can expect to lose in a month. I am on Sole Source and am (usually) very good and stick to the diet carefully. Thanks

hiya,i stone is average, but your first month will prob be higher as you lose a lot of water in first week or so! good luck

Average is 14lbs, first month is 21lbs.. Having said that I lost 31lbs in my first month so more is possible!
