Hi Im Tab and although I havent yet joined slimming world Im looking for some help please.
I have supposedly been doing weight watchers but have managed to put on all the weight I lost which as Im a clerk at the meetings isnt good. I find the points system too restrictive and find myself saving points for treats rather than using them on food.
So Ive been hearing about how SW is working for so many people I thought Id give it a go. I tried it some years ago and if Im honest I found it even harder than WW but Im told the EE is easier to live with rather than the red and green days.
I think my main question is what do you have for breakfast? I rarely have cooked breakfasts but I seem to remember that cereals were quite high syn values.
I guess I will find out more when I join lol
